Motivation
A long-standing issue is the combination of human capital shortages in industrialized and emerging countries as a result of technological advancement, infrastructural expansion, population decline, and aging societies. Migration of ethical human resources has long been a critical problem. At the same time, the majority of least developed nations face serious problems related to their low GDP per capita, high population of children, and rising unemployment rate. There isn't a natural equilibrium that can be exploited to make things right again. Now-a-days Asia (As of mid-2010, more or less 1,001 million people aged 15 to 29) is regarded as the continent of maximum youth labor force (Top 6 countries from Asia) population center. Especially the region of South Asia comprises Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Nepal. In global epidemic situation (During the epidemic, about 1.3 million non-UK workers left, which is roughly 4% of the labor force) developed countries bear further labor force to maintain their development. Developed countries are now deprived (The decline in active population for people aged 25- 54 was 1.8%, which the number of aged workers actually increased.) of youngish labor force. We are largely motivated with that situation to close the youngish labor force gap in developed countries as a commitment we should fulfill to maintain the growth & also aid to the durability of gross product of the whole world. Our supreme desire is to let the youth labor force to put themselves on the development of the world. So different workplaces in different countries demand a lot labor force and R Rafi Holy Travels is motivated with the dream to contribute in world development by delivering youth labor force in several countries all over the world which are really in need of labor force right now.
